2025 On3 4-star WR Royal Cappell sets Texas Junior Day visit
Cibolo (Texas) Steele 2025 three-star wide receiver Royal Capell has set a visit to Texas for January 20, according to On3 national recruiting analyst Sam Spiegelman.
Capell is the nation’s No. 379 overall prospect and No. 56 wide receiver in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 ranks Cappell higher than the rest of the major recruiting services. He is the No. 245 overall prospect and No. 38 wide receiver in the 2025 On300, as well as the No. 41 recruit in Texas.
Cappell has taken other visits to Oklahoma, Baylor and Michigan according to the On3 Visit Center. He holds offers from the Sooners and Bears, as well as Oregon and Missouri among others.
