On3 3-star OL Kasen Long commits to hometown Texas Tech

Lubbock (Texas) Shallowater three-star interior offensive lineman Kasen Long has announced his commitment to his hometown school of Texas Tech.

Long is is unranked in the 2024 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. However, On3 ranks him as a three-star player and top-30 interior offensive lineman in the cycle

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $8.1k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The 2024 Red Raiders recruiting class now has three commits in Long, Hawley (Texas) three-star athlete Chandlin Myers and Madisonville (Texas) three-star athlete Lorenzo Johnson.
