Is Milan's Silence Actually Good News for Kentucky?

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but the longer this recruitment drags on, the better I feel about Kentucky's chances. If Louisville had him locked up, I think we'd already know by now. Patience is a Virtue BBN...

Both programs can make that argument. I'm thinking the longer it goes that it's good news for Arizona or a wild card

The same could definitely be said about Kentucky. No one knows. I’m more worried about a wild card than Loserville

I’m sold that he wont go play against TJ/ISU. I think he is convinced this is going to be his biggest single season payday and they are going to get every last dime out of it. I think unless UL tops our offer and we choose to come in smaller stack, he is ours. and thats why my confidence to start each day w a clear head remains at 75%.

This is exactly where I’m at. I started to panic a little yesterday but I’m switching back to positive thinking on this. It just makes too much sense for MM to commit to UK.

I don’t see him going to AZ because that would be disrespectful towards ISU, and I don’t think he is that kind of guy, I would see him going back to ISU before going to AZ.

I was thinking about this last night. Look at almost all of UKs commitments this year. They have taken more than a week to wrap up. Seems to me that the time needed is for contractual agreements. So I agree, I think it is positive.

*As long as we have the biggest offer* as much as the kid wants a clean hearted intent, the agent is going to say- let me help you see this for what it is.

Let's go, BBN! Let's show Milan Momcilovic what makes Kentucky fans the best in the nation. Keep it classy, keep it informed, and represent the program with thoughtful, educated responses. Let's give him a glimpse of the passionate, knowledgeable fanbase that supports its players every step of the way. Go Big Blue!

I think the best news for Kentucky would be for him to announce he’s a Cat.

Good point. If someone made me guess today I would still believe UK makes the most sense. I just hope it ends today.

That’s the thing. Kentucky had him basically locked up last Wednesday stated by every national expert. So what you’re saying about Louisville can easily be said about UK.

I agree on this point, and I am still optimistic, but I also have to say that while I don’t think we actually know the reason for this pattern, they need to find a way to fix it!!!

So just play this scenario out of an increased offer: Matt mentioned the amount of signatures needed to sign off on a new/updated offer: UK, JMI, Donors- is that 6 people? 12 People? Might be different each time. So you chase everyone down to get their signed approval. send it to MM, then their party reviews- parents, agents, Milan himself. Then you update UL. They say, well we want to update ours too. Their process takes place. MM Team reviews. Updates UK. How long do we think one increase can take so that the agent makes sure the other party gets another shot to increase (as is their focus)? and round and round we go. I would think one increase could take half to a full business day. and here we sit…
