  1. Dre'lon Miller Scouting Summary

    Primary
    Charles Power12/15/23

Tough, productive receiver who is at his best after the catch. Measured in at 5-foot-11.5, 205 pounds prior to his senior season. Has a developed, filled out build. Has average length with 31-inch arms to go with 8.75-inch hands. A very productive player on Friday nights. Gritty, high volume target who excels with the ball in his hands. Caught 52 passes for 1,010 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior. Effective at working on short to intermediate routes. Has the build of a running back and uses his power to run through arm tackles. Shows the ability to make defenders miss in space on Friday nights. Also used as a ball-carrier on speed sweeps and even out of the backfield. A high-level competitor who embraces big moments. Saw time on defense over the course of his high school career. Doubles as a very high school basketball player as a double-digit scorer. Dealt with some injuries as a senior and was thus more productive as a junior. Tends to play at one speed at this point - can improve his top end speed and burst to aid in separating downfield. Projects as a slot receiver capable of working in the run game and picking up yards underneath.

  2. Dre'lon Miller a top performer at OT7

Miller, an On300 athlete out of East Texas, checks in at 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds and has a similar build and skill-set to San Francisco 49ers stud Debo Samuel. The Silsbee (Texas) four-star is likely slotted to see action on offense and is not only built for contact but is sound and incredibly smooth, not to mention he can accelerate in a hurry.
