Hailee Swain won a gold medal with Team USA in the 2023 FIBA Americas U16 Championship, and she was a member of the 2024 USA Women's U17 National Team. Swain started all six games and averaged 10.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.5 steals in helping USA to a 6-0 record and gold medal at the 2023 FIBA Americas U16 Championship in Merida, Mexico. Her 15 total steals ranked first on the team.
