Josh Padilla prides himself on being well-rounded in everything he does. Whether it’s on the football field as an all-area and all-state selection, on the wrestling mat as a successful 285-pounder, or in the classroom with a high GPA. Padilla can do it all, according to his coach Roosevelt Mukes. “I think just the tenacity and how he finishes his blocks,” Mukes told Cleveland.com. “Just having that lineman mentality, that just plays to the whistles, finish, and compete. On top of that, he’s another great kid that takes care of the classroom. And then when you put on his first two plays of his highlight tape, one he is taking a guy to our sideline, and the other one he is down blocking someone in the end zone. He is not just standing around watching, he is never content. He just wants to continue to get better.” Padilla plans on majoring in business in college. His favorite food is steak. His parents are Lora and Mike Padilla. His siblings are Jacob and Addison Padilla.
