2025 CB LaRue Zamorano decommits from Michigan State Spartans
Corona (Calif.) Centennial three-star cornerback LaRue Zamorano has decommitted from Michigan State, according to multiple reports.
He had been committed to the Spartans since July 27.
SpartanMag reported earlier on Monday that Michigan State cornerbacks coach Demetrice Martin was leaving East Lansing to accept a coaching position at UCLA.
Zamorano holds an offer from UCLA and other West Coast schools, including Washington where he officially visited this summer.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Zamorano is the nation’s No. 592 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is the No. 55 cornerback in the class and the No. 45 recruit from the state of California.
Zaomorano is the second highest-rated prospect on Centennial High School’s roster this season behind five-star quarterback Husan Longstreet. Longstreet recently flipped to USC after initially committing to Texas A&M.
