4-star CB David Davis flips from Penn State to North Carolina
Pittsburgh (Pa.) Imani Christian Academy cornerback David Davis has flipped his commitment from Penn State to North Carolina.
The four-star prospect pledged to the Nittany Lions in March but began exploring his options following the dismissal of James Franklin in October. He visited West Virginia shortly thereafter and was in Chapel Hill this past weekend.

“UNC had a killer weekend, especially their defense,” Davis told InsideCarolina.com on Monday. “They’re definitely moving up on my list.”
Davis ranks No. 381 overall and No. 39 at his position in the Rivals Industry Rankings. He also holds offers from programs such as Kentucky, Nebraska, Pitt and Tennessee.
