Portal: D'maurian Williams has a host of schools in contact
Gardner-Webb sophomore D’Maurian Williams entered the transfer portal on Tuesday. The 6-foot-5 sophomore led the Runnin’ Bulldogs in points (14.5), assists (2.5), and three-point percentage (39.3-percent) this season.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Williams graduated from Putnam (CT) Science Academy. He was second-team All-Big South this season, coming off first-team Big South All-Freshman accolades last year.
On3 caught up with Williams to see which schools have reached out to him in the 24-hours since he put his name in the portal.
