The size stands out immediately with Thomas Sorber. At 6-9, pushing 6-10, he has long arms and big hands with a sturdy base. He carves out space very well on the block, setting up a big target and using his hips and feet to establish and maintain position. Sorber has good touch around the basket. He does a good job of using the rim to protect the ball when necessary or going straight up and dunking it with authority. Sorber is a good rebounder, doing his work early to establish position and using his length and strong hands to go up and get it. Want to see him extend his range more, be more consistent from the free throw line. He has lost considerable weight recently and you can tell in how he moves. There is more upside to go here, but he is already proving to be a force on the low block.
