Trey Hall Officially Signs With Texas Tech
Texas Tech officially announced on Sunday the signing of 2026 North Crowley (TX) wing Treaton “Trey” Hall, as the talented forward will join Grant McCasland’s program for the 2026-27 season. The official signing comes just days after Hall publicly announced his commitment to the Red Raiders this past Thursday.
Hall, a 6-foot-7, 210-pound forward from Fort Worth, will come to Lubbock after helping lead North Crowley to the 2026 Class 6A Texas State Championship during his senior season. Hall averaged 14.4 points, 9.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.9 blocks per game, while shooting 65% from the field and 38% from three-point range, helping North Crowley finish with a 35-3 overall record.
In the state championship game, Hall recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, helping secure the school’s second state title while earning Class 6A All-Tournament honors. His senior campaign also saw him earn District 3-6A Co-Offensive Player of the Year, First Team All-District, All-Region, and All-Academic Team honors.
The signing officially adds Hall to Texas Tech’s 2026 recruiting class alongside freshman DaKari Spear, while joining transfer additions Dra Gibbs-Lawhorn (UNLV), Cruz Davis (Hofstra), and Damarion Dennis (Wyoming) as part of McCasland’s incoming group for next season.
