Nate Oats offers update on Alabama forward London Jemison after exiting USF game
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Alabama forward London Jemison limped off the floor and to the locker room near the end of the first half in the Crimson Tide’s 104-93 win over South Florida on Wednesday night. He would not return to the game, and was never seen out of the locker room after exiting the game.
Following the win, head coach Nate Oats provided an update on his status:
“He’s got a knee injury that we hope’s not too severe,” Oats said. “He’s gonna get tested on it tomorrow, hopefully we’ll know more by tomorrow afternoon.”
Jemison made the first start of his career against USF, playing nine minutes, scoring three points and grabbing three rebounds before his injury.
