FSU cornerback Ja'Bril Rawls ruled out for VT game; Complete injury report
As per the ACC’s new policy requiring weekly injury reports, Florida State and Virginia Tech on Thursday evening released the names of their players who are dealing with health concerns leading up to Saturday afternoon’s game.
Though not surprising, the big news for FSU was that starting cornerback Ja’Bril Rawls has been ruled out; he left last Saturday’s game against Clemson with what looked like a possible shoulder injury.
Rawls ranks second on the defense with 40 tackles this season. He has one interception.
For Florida State, the following seven players are listed as OUT: Rawls, defensive end Deamontae Diggs, cornerback Quindarrius Jones, cornerback Ricky Knight, linebacker Caleb LaVallee, defensive back Donny Hiebert and linebacker Ethan Pritchard.

Two Seminoles are listed as QUESTIONABLE: Tight end Chase Loftin and running back Samuel Singleton Jr. And six Florida State players are listed as PROBABLE: Running back Roydell Williams; receiver Lawayne McCoy, defensive end James Williams, receiver Jayvan Boggs, offensive tackle Gunnar Hansen and receiver Teriq Mallory.
Florida State and Virginia Tech will kick off on Saturday on 7:30 p.m.
