WATCH: Bryan Station opens playoffs with 39-0 shutout vs. Lafayette in KSR Game of the Week
The 2025 Kentucky high school football playoffs kicked off on Thursday and Friday across the Bluegrass.
KSR was in Lexington for our Game of the Week, setting up shop at Lafayette as the Generals hosted the Bryan Station Defenders in opening round Class 6A action on Friday night. But as was the case for many games this week, a lopsided victory was our end result.
Bryan Station smacked Lafayette, shutting out the Generals 39-0 on their home turf. The Defenders racked up 339 yards and five touchdowns for the game while forcing three turnovers and sacking the opposing quarterback five times. The win moves Bryan Station into the second round for a showdown with No. 14 Frederick Douglass next Friday.
