Michigan State never folded, but still underachieved by Tom Izzo's standards

Michigan State deserves credit for maintaining good team chemistry throughout a tumultuous season in which the Spartans underachieved according to their head coach. The culture at Michigan State, however, failed to translate into wins for a veteran team that fell far short of expectations.
