Syracuse commit Syair Torrence sets Michigan State official visit

Michigan State cornerbacks coach Jim Salgado, a former Buffalo Bills assistant, has been active in the New York area on the recruiting trail. Earlier this week, Salgado was at the high school of Syracuse commit Syair Torrence.
