Bergen Reilly, Andi Jackson earn AVCA position of the year honors
Nebraska volleyball continues to earn honors. Husker junior Bergen Reilly is the AVCA National Setter of the Year. Junior Andi Jackson is the AVCA National Middle Blocker of the Year. The AVCA named five positional awards for the first time in 2025.
Iowa State’s Rachel Van Gorp is the Libero of the Year. Wisconsin’s Mimi Colyer is the Outside Hitter of the Year. Pittsburgh’s Olivia Babcock was clearly the Opposite of the Year.
Reilly and Jackson were named AVCA First-Team All-Americans on Wednesday. Reilly is a two-time second-team pick. Jackson is now a back-to-back first-team All-American. Both are three-time All-Big Ten First-Team honorees.

Reilly was one of the four finalists for the AVCA National Player of the Year. Babcock won the honor for the second straight season. Reilly also won the Big Ten Setter and Player of the Year honors. She is a three-time Big Ten Setter of the Year honoree. The Sioux Falls, S.D. native was also the AVCA West Region Player of the Year.

The 6-foot-1 setter led the nation’s most efficient offense in the country. Nebraska hit .351, the best season hitting percentage in NU history. They hit over .400 nine times, which is also a program record. She averaged 10.47 assists, 2.70 digs and 0.64 blocks per set in 2025.
One of Reilly’s greatest weapons with Jackson. The 6-foot-3 junior finished the season with a .467 hitting percentage, the third best in Nebraska history. Jackson set the Big Ten single-season hitting percentage record with a .559 clip. She averaged 2.74 kills and 1.12 blocks per set.
