Oregon's Thibodeaux, McKinley III earn All-American honors
Awards keep pouring in for Oregon’s players.
The Associated Press released its All-American team Monday morning. Oregon’s Kayvon Thibodeaux and Verone McKinley III were both first-team selections.
Thibodeaux is now a consensus All-American; he received first-team nods from Walter Camp and the Football Writers Association of America. McKinley III was a Walter Camp first-team selection and received second-team honors from the FWAA.

Both players were also CBS All-American selections, and ESPN tabbed McKinley III as a first-team All-American.
McKinley III leads the nation with six interceptions this season and is second among Oregon players with 71 total tackles. Thibodeaux recorded 49 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, seven sacks, and two forced fumbles.
Thibodeaux has declared for the NFL Draft and will not play in the Dec. 29 Alamo Bowl.
