Penn State will hold its second spring practice on Thursday, and the Nittany Lions are admittedly dealing with a shorthanded roster due to injuries. Some of those are holdovers from last season, while others are a result of offseason cleanup. Regardless, absences in the spring will result in an elevated stage for some young Nittany Lions.
