It’s a downtime for Class of 2025 recruiting, as coaches and prospects alike are focused on upcoming seasons. That doesn’t mean things have come to a halt, however, as contact can still happen on both sides. While not much is happening right now, there are a few storylines worth tracking in Penn State recruiting.
