Thomas held double-digit offers during his recruitment, but inked with the Longhorns over Texas A&M and LSU. He committed to Texas on May 2nd, 2020 and maintained his Horns pledge through national signing day.
He missed his junior year in high school due to an ankle injury, but the raw materials he has is evident on film. He can bull-rush opposing offensive lineman, he plays the game with a high motor, and he’s strong at first contact. Thomas possesses a great frame and tremendous athleticism, and could be an excellent program guy.
Thomas is expected on campus later this evening.
