Buchtel

Buchtel Community Learning Center, established in Akron, Ohio, in 1931, serves grades 7-12 and is deeply rooted in the local community. Known for both its academic programs and strong athletic tradition, Buchtel boasts state championships in basketball and football. The school's mascot, the Griffin, symbolizes the strength of its athletic teams, including a celebrated football program with multiple state titles and a recent 2023 basketball state championship
