Lakota East

Lakota East High School is a public high school serving grades 9–12 with over 2,500 students. Established in 1997, the school is part of the Lakota Local School District, which also includes Lakota West. Known for its strong academic and athletics programs, Lakota East offers students diverse extracurricular opportunities, including participation in Division I sports under OHSAA standards. The school's sports teams, known as the Thunderhawks, compete in a wide range of sports, excelling especially in football and basketball.
