Established in 1978, North Monterey County High School (NMCHS) serves the communities of Aromas, Castroville, Prunedale, Royal Oaks, Elkhorn, and Salinas. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum, including honors and Advanced Placement courses, as well as diverse extracurricular activities such as a renowned marching band and various sports teams. NMCHS is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment that leads to high achievement and individual excellence, preparing students for success in college, career, and life.
