Blake Buchanan has excellent size, with long arms and broad shoulders. He has a projectable frame that he should continue to fill out as he gets into a college strength and conditioning program. At 6-foot-10, Buchanan moves very fluidly with some pop at the basket. He is a good team defender, understands rotations, and is a solid shot blocker. We did not see him attempt a three, but his free throw stroke is solid. He is a late-bloomer and will continue to put on weight. Buchanan is a good rebounder, not afraid of contact, and he does a solid job altering shots at the rim. His best basketball should be in front of him.
