Elyiss Williams isn't afraid to call himself a jumbo athlete. Williams was already 6-foot-7 and 230-plus pounds by his sophomore year of high school, and he made an impact all over the football field at tight end, receiver and defensive end. During the 2022 season, Williams caught six passes for 192 yards and a touchdown in a run-based offense, while also making plays on defense. He also impacted things on the basketball court. He was named the Georgia Region 2-AA player of the year as a sophomore after averaging 16.9 points and 3.8 blocks. Williams transferred from Charlton County High to Camden County High ahead of the 2023 season.
