Jaden Owens was honored as a 2022 Academic All-Big 12 first-team selection for the Baylor Bears. Before arriving in Waco, Owens spent one season at UCLA coming out of Plano (Texas) West High School. After playing in 81 games for the Bears, she transferred ahead of the 2023-2024 season to TCU. She was ranked as the No. 14 player overall coming out of high school in the 2019 recruiting class. Owens is the daughter of Harold and Tori Owens. She has two older sisters, Deveri and Callie. Deveri played at SMU, while Callie plays currently at the University of North Texas. Owens is majoring in communication. Owens also owns one of the largest social media presence in college sports. She’s done a number of NIL deals, including with Overtime Fits, Buff City Soap, Champs Sports, H&R Block, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Reebok, Urban Skin RX, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, Vital Performance and many others.
