Personal Life

Jalin Hyatt was an On3 Consensus four-star recruit coming out of Irmo (South Carolina) Dutch Fork in the Class of 2020. While in high school, he set school records for receiving yards with 3,624 and receiving touchdowns with 57. Hyatt played in 10 games with one start as a true freshman at Tennessee. He finished the season with 20 receptions for 276 yards and two touchdowns. Hyatt then had similar success in 2021 with 21 receptions for 226 yards and two scores. However, Hyatt broke through in the 2022 season for the Vols. He set a Tennessee-school record for five touchdown receptions, helping the Vols beat Alabama for the first time since 2006. That success propelled him into the national spotlight as one of college football’s top offensive players. It also boosted him in the NIL market. He used the performance against the Tide to sell “Gimmie 5” apparel. He also signed with Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment for NIL representation.
