Personal Life

Jaxon Pacheco was raised by his mother after the loss of his father when he was just eight months old. He credits his faith and her unwavering support as the foundation of everything he is, on and off the field. The youngest of five children, Jaxon says his mom is the one who’s been there every step of the way, managing his training, guiding his path, and believing in him long before anyone else did. Football has always been in his blood. He took his first steps with a ball in his hand and watched ESPN the way other toddlers watched cartoons. He’s known for his discipline, loyalty, and relentless drive; getting up at 5:50 AM for summer practice, working full days at a marina, and training five nights a week with NFL vet Val Barnaby. Jaxon balances football with academics and community service. After a rough freshman year, he brought his GPA up and is on track to graduate with a 3.5 or better. He also works at Safe Harbor Marina, where he’s known for showing up early, lifting heavy equipment, and doing the hardest jobs without complaint. He volunteers with his football booster club and local churches, always showing up where he’s needed. Coaches describe him as coachable, consistent, and driven, the kind of player you build a team around. Loyalty isn’t just something he values, it’s how he lives. He’s not looking for hype. He’s looking for a home. A culture. A program he can grow with and build alongside. That’s where he thrives, in the trenches, in the work, and in the long game.
