JoJo Earle was an On3 Consensus four-star prospect coming out of Aledo (Texas) High School in the 2021 recruiting class. Earle originally signed with Alabama out of high school, picking the Crimson Tide over a long list of national offers. Earle made an immediate impact for Alabama, earning freshman All-SEC honors as a return specialist. However, before the 2022 season, Earle suffered a foot injury that kept him on the sideline until midway through the season. He ended up playing in eight games with five starts for the Crimson Tide in 2022, racking up 12 receptions for 155 yards and two scores. After the 2022 season, Earle entered the Transfer Portal.
