She averaged 22.9 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.8 steals during the 2023-2024 season. "She laughs, she haves fun with her teammates, she enjoys the moments," Lutheran coach Erin Luttschwager said. "Then it's step on the court and it's go time with her." A first-team all-state choice after her junior season, Speiser was also honored as Missouri's Gatorade Player of the Year. She scored in double figures in all 30 games of her junior season and recorded 14 double-doubles, including a 30-point, 20-rebound effort in a postseason win over Holt.
