A rare three-year starter for state powerhouse Allen, Neto Umeozulu began attracting the attention of college recruiters nationwide as just a sophomore. He was named the district offensive lineman of the year as a junior. Umeozulu also participates in track and field, throwing the shot put for his high school. Neto is of Nigerian heritage and has a younger brother, Zina, two years behind him in school, who has already started earning scholarship offers as well. Umeozulu is coached at Allen by former Arkansas head coach Chad Morris. Morris believes Neto could play tackle or guard in college at an elite level. Umeozulu lists playing video games and watching movies as his hobbies. He wants to major in business. His parents are Tobe and Oky Umeozulu. His mother is a dentist.
