Personal Life

A former On3 Consensus recruit out of Honolulu St. Louis School, Nick Herbig emerged as one of college football’s impact linebackers in 2021. He started all 13 games for the Badgers and led Wisconsin and ranked fourth in the Big Ten with nine sacks. He also ranked seventh in the Big Ten with 14.5 tackles for a loss. He also earned academic all-conference honors in 2021. His parents are Robyn and Bruce Herbig. He has two brothers, Jake and Nate. Nate played football at Stanford and is currently a guard for the Philadelphia Eagles.
