My father is a dedicated Army aviator with 26 years of service and multiple deployments to various locations. His selflessness, discipline, and perseverance have been a constant source of inspiration, shaping me into the person I am today. Growing up, I've witnessed firsthand the sacrifices he's made for our family and country, and I've learned to appreciate the importance of hard work, resilience, and community. My story is not just about my father's service; it's also deeply rooted in the rich cultural heritage of my Thai grandmother and mother. Their love, traditions, and values have been a guiding force in my life, teaching me the importance of respect, compassion, and kindness. From the intricate details of Thai cooking to the vibrant celebrations, I've been immersed in a world of beauty, diversity, and warmth. As a high school student/athlete, I've actively sought opportunities to challenge myself and prepare for the future. I'm proud to say that I'll be graduating with at least 18 college credit hours. Outside of the classroom, I've discovered a passion for entrepreneurship and community engagement. Running my own shaved ice trailer has not only taught me valuable skills in business management, customer service, and financial literacy, but it has also given me a platform to connect with people from all walks of life. This experience has fostered a deep sense of belonging and social responsibility, inspiring me to make a positive impact in my community. I'm excited to build upon the foundation laid by my father's service, my mother's love, and the strengths of both of my grandmothers. I'm eager to pursue higher levels of competition and explore opportunities that will enable me to make a positive impact in my community. I'm confident that my unique blend of academic achievement, entrepreneurial spirit, cultural heritage, and commitment to service will equip me to succeed.
