Thickly built linebacker who creates disruption as a blitzer and pass rusher. Measured around 6-foot-1.5, 230 pounds prior to his junior season. Has solid length with a 6-foot-4 wing-span. Posted an electronically-timed 4.62 second 40 yard dash at Under Armour’s Orlando camp in 2022. Used as a pass rusher off the edge and blitzer as an off-ball linebacker for his high school. Primarily plays moving forward on Friday nights. Flashes high-end closing speed behind the line of scrimmage. Plays with explosive movements. Finishes with violence and shows considerable striking power. Showed good coverage instincts in the camp setting. Finished his junior season with 70 tackles and 7 sacks. Has also played basketball and run track. Tests as more of a straight line athlete in the combine setting. Can ramp up his production relative to other top linebacker prospects. Could potentially outgrow the linebacker position depending on how he continues to fill out over time.
